1:1 Consultation / 6 Sessions
Six sessions to address your personal health goals.
I analyze your diet, habits and biomarkers. We may use data collection such as food journaling, continuous blood glucose monitoring, or further testing. Together we determine clear next steps and I offer the structure and support to bring about sustainable change.
Client intake questionnaires and forms to determine internal and external factors that impact nutrition and dietary intake and determine long-term goals.
Assess needs and develop a realistic and sustainable nutrition plan, and provide accountability support.
Educate client about dietary and nutritional needs and protocols to promote health and wellness.
Recommendations for supplements and/or lifestyle modifications.
Continual assessment of health markers and appropriate guidance as needed.

Seven live group webinars featuring cutting-edge nutrition science and habit formation guidance
One 1:1 session with Meredith to review personal goals, strategies and progress

One eight-week program is offered every quarter - now registering for September 2025
The fee to enroll is $1100
If you choose to use a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) or get additional labs, those costs are additional and covered by participant.
